If you would like to send in your form electronically, please E-Mail your form to churchadmin@concordiafaith.org. Otherwise, please feel free to mail it to the church at 3855 N. Seeley Ave or leave it in the offering plate on Sunday. Thank you.
Time & Talents
Interested in donating your time and talents? We have a variety of ways for you to help out using your gifts! Areas of engagement include Mission Team Leaders, Outreach Event Organizers, Seasonal Community Service Project Volunteers, Health and Wellness Committee Volunteers, and much more.
