Concordia Church’s Organist and Choir Director, Luke Duroc-Danner, presents a free organ recital on Saturday, November 20th. The program will feature a variety of 20th and 21st century works for organ that are unrepresented in most recital programs. Composers include George Walker, Florence Price, Trevor Weston, Ralph Simpson, Fela Sowande, Dzintra Kurme-Gedroica, and Rihards Dubra. The wide variety of works will also display the variety of colors and textures of Concordia’s Möller organ (op. 3611).
